Return Process

  Place the hats in their original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent crushing, ensuring all original tags and stickers remain attached.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
